There are 2 reasons for that. Both you can catch when using the Green button ↓ during the app creation process:

1. Your web site does not show at all

This happens both, when you press the Green button ↑, or when you access the app from an icon. 

That can only mean that your web site has iFrame, xFrame, or Content-Security-Policy: frame-ancestors options are TURNED OFF. You need to turn in on. Ask your website admin if you are not sure how.

When you want to limit frame usage only to the Mobsted app engine - open permission for  *.mobsted.com 

2. Your web site does not scale to mobile screen width

This happens both, when you press the Green button ↑, or when you access the app from an icon. 

The only reason for this is that your website is not mobile responsive by nature and has a fixed width. Browsers do scale down it's width automatically, thats why you see everything smaller on small screens. However your app needs a bit of help to make it work the same way.

So if scrolling to sides is just too much in your opinion, you can set the following option and our app engine will scale it down automatically for every screen size:

Find out, which screen width is your site set to, for example 800, and check this option with your width.
